Flap Discs are made with an extra thick layering of premium zirconia alumina abrasive cloth backed by a high strength fiberglass disc. ZIRCOMAX premium zirconia alumina is available with a fiberglass backing plate. These extra thick, high density discs deliver twice the removal rate of Zircotex Premium discs. They provide extremely long life and are the most productive flap disc.Where Used: Foundry, Metal Fabrication, Mining, Nuclear, Ship Building, Structural Steel, Wind Energy.
