4-1/2" Blaze AVOS F980 Coarse Grit Fiber Locking See-Thru Disc, Ceramic Alumina, Speed-Lok Fastener, 13000 RPM, Extra Coarse Grade
Featuring micro-fracturing ceramic alumina that exposes sharper grains with use, this Blaze AVOS F980 coarse grit, fiber-locking, see-thru disc is designed for fast cutting of 300- and 400-series stainless steel, super alloys, titanium, and other materials that are difficult to grind. The self-lubricating grinding aid treatment delivers a cool cut, and the patented hole design allows a view of the surface while reducing heat by up to 30 percent. A heavy fiber backing is strong and resists tearing, while the Speed-Lok arbor mount makes this disc simple to attach and remove without tools. 100% ceramic alumina micro-fracturing grain constantly exposes sharper grain edges to significantly increase cut rate and life over competitive blended/low-ratio ceramic alumina discs Heavier fiber backing for additional strength and tear resistance Self-lubricating grinding aid treatment delivers the coolest cut on stainless steel, high alloy steels, super alloys, titanium, and other difficult to grind materials Best coarse grit fiber disc choice combined with AVOS patented hole design for surface view gives an aggressive cut, and reduces heat by up to 30 percent for a longer disc life; Speed-Lok arbor mount provides fast, easy, tool-free disc changes
