FlexOvit ZIRCOMAX High Density Type 27 SPIN-ON ZA80grit Zirconia Alumina coated FLAP DISC has a trimable fiberglass disc backing for added rigidity. Flap disc with a speed of 13300 RPM is ideal for use on angle grinders and for operations like high production grinding, blending, deburring and finishing. The extra thick, high-density disc with higher loft and more flaps renders twice the removal rate, provides enhanced durability and is the most productive flap disc. Flap disc resists loading on aluminum and the fanned, abrasive cloth flaps wear evenly to constantly expose the new and sharp grain. Disc offers cushioned grinding action. It produces minimal noise as well as vibration and grinds cool on sheet metal. Flap disc performs well on a wide variety of materials that include stainless and carbon steel.
