When you need gas pressurization on site, you need a portable solution that works with your system. S.J. Smith offers multiple portable gas solutions, including trailers with on-board gas systems, including tanks, vaporizers and trifectas, as well as a portable gas charging system for rent or sale.
Our 746-gal. Nomad Oxygen trailer provides an onboard gas regulator manifold and vaporizer with six connection points. This system has a 4,700-scfh vaporizer and gas tank on a trailer, that can be connected for immediate use on construction sites, welding job sites or as a backup system. Our micro-bulk oxygen truck can refill this trailer on site without interruption to your operations.
The system is rated for a maximum allowable working pressure of 250 psig to provide sufficient pressure, minimizing product loss. This trailer can be towed with an F450 truck if needed, and can be towed using a pintle hitch.
Do you need a temporary nitrogen supply for your laser-assist gas cutting? S.J. Smith offers a portable trailer with a 1,400-gal. Nitrogen tank and trifecta for a wide range of uses.
If you are doing a change-out or have a Nitrogen generator that is down for maintenance, or, if you need to perform some on-site pressure and pipe testing requiring some higher volumes but at pressures less than 425 psig, this portable system could work well for you.
This system can deliver up to 425 psig at peak flow rates of approximately 8,000 scfh. The trailer is equipped with a trifecta for building pressure, an on-board ambient air vaporizer and a final line gas regulation manifold. The trailer contains approximately 130,000 standard cu. ft. of Nitrogen and can be refilled on site by our microbulk delivery trucks with no interruption to your operations.
S.J. Smith now rents, and sells, a gas bottle mounted charging system for Nitrogen and inert gas. Easy to connect and operate, the system comes mounted on a cart for transport. A CGA connection and hose is also included. No power is required as the pump is either air or Nitrogen driven.
The gas booster can handle gas inlet pressure to 3,000 psig, and gas outlet pressure to 4,350 psig. It also has an adjustable from 1,450 to 4,350 psig automatic shut-off switch. This can run off shop air, or a Nitrogen bottle or cradle, and
