Consider telemetry to track your gas data

In a lab, there are so many things to monitor. Understanding what you have on hand, the liquid level, pressure and temperature can be a full-time job in itself. Telemetry, or a system of digital sensors designed to track weight, liquid levels, pressure and temperature, can be a lifesaver. This data can be tracked remotely, and the data can also help with determining future usage. This also can help provide things like aging reports.
Combined with a cylinder tracking system, telemetry can bring all the data from your lab cylinders and tanks to your fingertips, without having to physically be on site. This helps make sure you always have gas supply available, as the system can notify you when usage is outside of your normal range.
The system provides and updates data that can be sent to lab staff as well as the distributor; liquid level sensors, which use differential pressure sensors to transmit data in real time; pressure sensors, which monitor cylinder pressure; and temperature sensors, as well as scales that are typically used for CO2.
Are you struggling to maintain this kind of data, or trying to track several sensors? Let us help – we can assess what you have on hand, and where telemetry would be helpful for you.
