S.J. Smith uses a web-based asset tracking system to make sure you know where your cylinders are at all times. All cylinders are barcoded, and are scanned into our tracking system. 

This helps take the guesswork out of tracking your cylinders – you can log into our system via our website to find your cylinders. You can search via:

• Serial number
• Bar code
• Product code
• Type of cylinder
• Purchase order on which it was delivered
• Number of days on-site
• Lot numbers, if available
• Building and room location, if needed

Also, you can use the tracking system to:

• Identify lost or unused cylinders.
• Obtain documented proof of delivery.
• Reduce inventory tracking errors.

We can also run reports and provide them to you, so you can review and return unused cylinders. Take advantage of our tracking system so you can receive accurate cylinder balances and quicker confirmation of delivery.
